Option 1: The Sustainable Growth Fund (Donation)
The Sustainable Growth Fund was introduced with the aim of benefiting all citizens by fostering development in priority areas such as local business cultivation, national culture, tourism, infrastructure, healthcare, and education.
A non-refundable contribution depending on the number of dependents included in the application:

Option 2: Real Estate Investment
The applicant is required to make an investment in a government-approved real estate project within Saint Kitts and Nevis, with a minimum value of US $400,000 (resalable after seven (7) years).

Option 3: Alternative Investment Option (AIO)
The Alternative Investment Option (AIO) provides investors with the chance to invest in potential projects that may be listed by the government or suggested by private individuals with financing capabilities. These projects have the objective of not only maximizing local employment but also incorporating the transfer of technology and capacity building. Upon successful completion and operation for a specified period, which also facilitates a return on investment, the projects are required to be transferred to the government.
The Alternative Investment Option (AIO) comprises two categories:
• Public Good Project Developer (PGPD) –involving projects fully funded by the PGPD, with a minimum unit investment of US $250,000. At the conclusion of the agreement, the State retains ownership of the asset.
• Private Enterprise Developer (PED) –applicable to built or funded assets that are privately owned, with a minimum unit investment of US $800,000.
